RETURNS & REFUNDS
The cooling-off period granted to the customer on the purchase of goods is 15 days from the date his/her order is received. During this period, the customer may return the undesired Product(s) and have a refund of the price of the articles ordered. Shipping cost of the order will not be refunded. The cost of the return will be covered by the customer.
It is acknowledged that the Product(s) returned at the customer’s expense should be in its (their) original condition and packaging, as delivered by Surfatom S.L.
No Product may be reimbursed before having been returned by the customer and received by Surfatom S.L., in its original condition and packaging, as delivered by the Surfatom S.L. In particular, the Product shall not have been unsealed.
GUARANTEE
Whatever the reason, the customer benefits from the guarantee against hidden defects: thus, in the case in which a Product has a manufacturing flaw that makes it unfit for use, the customer may contact the Company’s after-sales service sending an e-mail to info@surfatom.com.
To benefit from this guarantee, the customer should send the Product to Surfatom S.L., at his/her own expense, making sure to include the invoice. Then, Surfatom S.L. undertakes to send, at its expense, a Product free from hidden defects in exchange (unless there is a stock shortage).
In case of stock shortage and the impossibility for the supplier to change the Product, the customer shall be for the initial Product.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
- On having ordered before an e-mail to our service of attention to the client and having requested a number of return (info@surfatom.com).
2. On having received the number of return, thank you for sending the product with the invoice and the reason of the return to the following address:

Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use FEDEX as our partner carrier with the only exception of Spain where the National Post Service is being used.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SURFATOM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@surfatom.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damaged product
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@surfatom.com with your order number and several photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
